Town & Country Veterinary Hospital is here to serve our community with quality veterinary medical care when it is needed. If your pet is sick or injured, we can help!

Our Bandera Rd. Hospital is open 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. Patients may be brought in anytime during our extended operating hours. Although we can respond to veterinary medical emergencies any time of day, we encourage you to call ahead. Emergencies are taken on a first come basis, balancing patients’ condition and medical stability.

The following conditions need immediate medical attention
including but not limited to:

Unrelenting vomiting, diarrhea (bloody), unable to eat or drink.

Injury by being hit by a car or other trauma

Difficulty breathing or swallowing

Over heating

Seizing

Ingesting toxins (e.g., antifreeze, poisons, chocolate)

We are here every day to stabilize and treat animals under going medical crises. Patients may be brought in anytime during our extended operating hours. We encourage you to call ahead so we can prepare for your arrival.

Once patients are stabilized, we encourage owners to follow up with their regular veterinarians and we will forward medical records to them. In those situations were movement is not desirable, then Town & Country Veterinary Hospital can continue hospital supportive care as long as the patient needs to be hospitalized.
